  MRCFlorete Margaret Ruth C. Florete is a BS Business Management graduate (1987) of University of the Philippines in the Visayas; President of Queencard Corporation; Director of Bombo Radyo Philippines and the Florete Group of Companies.

  DAJavellana Dante A. Javellana is a BSC Accounting Graduate of the University of Iloilo in 1976, Magna Cum Laude; Certified Public Accountant; Current Corporate Secretary of Queencard Corporation.

  EOJacomille Enrico O. Jacomille is a graduate of University of Iloilo with a degree of BSC Accounting in 1976; Director of Queencard Corporation and Bombo Radyo Philippines; Project Consultant of Ateneo de Iloilo.

  MEVillaJr Manuel E. Villa, Jr. is a BSC Accounting Graduate of the University of San Agustin in 1966; Director of Bombo Radyo Philippines; President of the Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo Foundation, Inc.; Owner/Operator of Mirage Transport Services.

  JMTreñas Jose Mari P. Treñas is a Political Science Graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, Cum Laude with Departmental Honors in AB Political Science; finished Law Studies at the Ateneo Law School in 1977, Valedictorian; Master of Laws (Harvard Law School - USA); Director of Queencard Corporation and Bombo Radyo Philippines ; President of Perez-Treñas Hermanos, Inc.; Senior Partner of Treñas-Rubias Law Offices.

  GMRubias Gregorio M. Rubias is a graduate of the University of San Agustin College of Liberal Arts in 1956; Finished the degree of Bachelor of Laws at the University of San Agustin College of Law in 1960; Director of Bombo Radyo Philippines; Senior Partner of Treñas-Rubias Law Offices.

  MJMiraflores Manuel J. Miraflores is a graduate of the University of San Agustin with Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1970; Finished Law Studies at the University of San Agustin College of Law in 1973, Cum Laude; Director of Sta.   JVGo Joseph Vincent T.   RBPollentesJr  Rodolfo B. Pollentes, Jr. (Corporate Secretary) is a Geodetic Engineering graduate of the University of the Philippines - Diliman in 1984; Finished Law Studies at the University of San Agustin in 1989; Corporate Secretary of Bombo Radyo Philippines; Corporate Secretaryof the Iloilo Juvenile Welfare Assocaition, Inc.; Associate of Treñas-Rubias Law Offices.


 RBas  Romulo B. Bas is an independent director for Queen City Development Bank. He was a senior executive for Equitable PCI Bank for 32 years, leaving in 1996 as a regional manager and vice president handling 22 branches in the Visayas. He was the Bank of Commerce regional area manager for the Visayas and Mindanao until 2001. He organized the National Teachers and Employees Cooperative Bank in 2001 and served as its president until 2002.


Ma. Aurora D. Geotina-Garcia Ma. Aurora D. Geotina-Garcia is an independent director of Queen City Development Bank and Chairman of Giba Capital Philippines, Inc. She is also President of the Prince Group of Companies and Vice President and Legal Counsel for Zosima, Inc. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1973 and became a Certified Public Accountant a year later.
