Rogelio M. Florete (Chairman of the Board) is the Chairman of Queen City Development Bank along with the Florete Group of Companies. He is at the helm of a conglomerate with businesses in banking and finance, agricultural products trading, pawnshops, real estate, and broadcast media. Responsible for the enactment of the Thrift Banking Act of 1995, he was also a recipient of the Benigno S. Aquino Award for Nationalism in 2008.
Margaret Ruth C. Florete is the Senior Vice President of Queen City Development Bank and Bombo Radyo Philippines and President and Head of Human Resources of the Queencard Corporation. Prior to these, she was the Head for Marketing and Human Resources of Florete Pawnshop and Jewelry.
Dante A. Javellana is the First Vice President for the Branch Banking Division and Treasurer of Queen City Development Bank (Queenbank) and a Director for the Queencard Corporation. Prior to Queenbank, he worked for the Bank of the Philippine Islands for 20 years as a Branch Operations Manager.
Enrico O. Jacomilleis the First Vice President for the Commercial Banking Group of Queen City Development Bank and the Treasurer of the Queencard Corporation. He was with the now-defunct Insular Bank of Asia and America until it merged with PCI Bank. When he left in 1996, he was in charge of credit management for the entirety of Panay Island. He joined Queenbank in 1996.
Manuel E. Villa, Jr. is a BSC Accounting Graduate of the University of San Agustin in 1966; Director of Bombo Radyo Philippines; President of the Rotary Club of Metro Iloilo Foundation, Inc.; Owner/Operator of Mirage Transport Services.
Jose Mari P. Treñas is a senior partner of the Trenas-Rubias Law Offices. He graduated cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University for his undergraduate studies, and graduated valedictorian from Ateneo Law’s class of 1977. He also took his Master of Laws in Harvard University Law School. He has previously worked as General Manager of the National Development Company, and was also the Philippine Branch Manager of the Coca-Cola Export Corporation.
Gregorio M. Rubias is a partner for the Trenas-Rubias Law Offices. He has been practicing law since 1961, having handled criminal, corporate, civil, agrarian, and commercial cases.
Manuel J. Miraflores is director of the Sta. Maria Ventures Development Corporation and is also a partner of the Trenas-Rubias Law Offices. Prior to these, he worked with the Land Bank of the Philippines from 1984 to 1994 as Department Manager. He was also the City Legal Officer of Iloilo City.
Joseph Vincent T. Go is the General Manager of the Light of Glory Taxi Services. He is also a Senior Partner in the Go & Associates Law Offices. He holds a law degree from the University of San Agustin and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Rodolfo B. Pollentes, Jr. is the bank’s Corporate Secretary. He holds a Geodetic Sciences degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and a law degree from the University of San Agustin. He used to head the Land Management Services Division of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and was a Clerk of Court for the Regional Trial Court in Iloilo City, and an Associate Attorney for the Trenas-Rubias Law Offices.
Romulo B. Bas is an independent director for Queen City Development Bank. He was a senior executive for Equitable PCI Bank for 32 years, leaving in 1996 as a regional manager and vice president handling 22 branches in the Visayas. He was the Bank of Commerce regional area manager for the Visayas and Mindanao until 2001. He organized the National Teachers and Employees Cooperative Bank in 2001 and served as its president until 2002.
Ma. Aurora D. Geotina-Garcia is the President and CEO of Ciba Capital Philippines, Inc. Prior to this, she was the Head of Corporate Finance of the SGV & Co. auditing firm. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy in 1973 and obtained her Certified Public Accountant status the year after. She also obtained her Masters in Business Administration from UP in 1978.
